Pre-order
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came because people found it hard to get popular items in stores because of their popularity. Companies then had the idea to allow customers to reserve their own personal copy before its release, which has been a huge success.
Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release, manufacturers can gauge how much demand there will be and thus the size of initial production runs, and sellers can be assured of minimum sales. Additionally, high pre-order rates can be used to increase sales further. There is quite possibilities of delay by manufacturer decision and refund is not allowed due to this reason. In very rare case, there can have order cancellation by supplier and if this happen, we can offer 100% money back.
Pre-order will be posted when it is released and arrived at our warehouse. If buyer purchase different items with pre-order, we will keep the in-stock item in our warehouse and wait together with the last pre-order item arrived, and then process for shipment. Or, buyer is strongly recommend to purchase separately if delivery time is a concern.
I assume buyer understand this and agreed with this when he place order to us.
